Simply Delish ~ Fish With Sour Cream and Musrooms
We've had a busy week. Coco has been to the vet to have some lumps removed, teeth cleaned and hair clipped. Thankfully, the lumps were nothing to worry about and now she looks like a new woman (dog), hehe.
Rugby World Cup 2011 kicks off tonight in our home town, can't wait. Go the All Blacks!
Have a great weekend all

KB's Tips
I was preparing this and watching telly at the same time so I was a little haphazard with the ingredients. The dish came out tasting mainly of sour cream, which was nice but I imagine if I'd followed the recipe exactly, it would have tasted even better. The best part of the meal was the chips, which I had nothing to do with, Whtiesnake cooked those. Oh well, better luck next time :)
Here's the linky, you know what to do.
Enjoy

It was simple and beautifully cooked..... XXXX
Oooo...I love this! Sometimes I just crave sour cream. The sauce sounds great with mushrooms & paprika. Also a big fan that this looks & sounds fussy, but is really simple.
