Whitesnake didn't enjoy pasta dishes before we met , I cooked this up for him recently and we were both delighted by his reaction. We decided to call it KB's Pasta Delight. YUM!
Ingredients
Serves 2 and a Cocker Spaniel
Fettuccine for 2
Olive Oil
3 cloves of garlic
2 chorizo sausages
1 rasher of bacon
I can of Italian flavoured tomatoes
1/4 cup of wine
Basil
Grated cheese
To Prepare
Boil salty water for fettuccine
Cook sausages and bacon and put to the side
Add fettuccine to boiling water and cook to taste
Heat olive oil in pan
Add garlic and cook for a few minutes
Add tomatoes and wine and bring to simmer
Add sliced sausages and bacon until heated through
Stir in basil and fettuccine when almost ready to serve
Top with grated cheese
Enjoy! Give leftovers to dog.
