What's with the meat (Cabbage Raita)
• A few Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
• Salt to taste
• Chop the cabbage leaves finely, after washing them thoroughly.
• Grind the ginger, cumin, sugar and add to red onion
• Cut the coriander leaves coarsely and add to the mix.
• Mix all the ingredients with yogurt and set to chill.
• Serve chilled.
