1 cabbage to suit
2 tablespoons of butter or oil
1 tablespoon of minced garlic and onion
salt and ground black pepper
Shred and chop cabbage.
Heat butter or oil, sauté onion and garlic and shredded cabbage until tender, but still slightly crisp.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
