Tuesday's Tantalising Taste (baked fish)



Baked Fish

Ingredients

4 fish fillets
3/4 c. chopped celery

6 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. fresh parsley
4 tsp. butter, melted
Salt
Pepper
Paprika


Method

Pr eheat oven to 200c
Mix celery, onion, parsley and butter together.
Place fish fillets in shallow baking dish.
Place vegetable mixture over top.
Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and paprika.
Cover with foil and bake in 200c oven for 30 minutes.
Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

you know, I have been frying our fish lately but I think my recipe would work with baking. If not, it looks like this one certainly will!! You may have just converted me!!
