Whitesnake's take on the classic Steak Diane.
Ingredients for sauce for two
1 diced onion
4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1 cup of red wine
1 cup of double cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 large sliced mushrooms
Prep
Cook steak to taste
While steak is resting prepare sauce
Add onion and garlic to juice in fry pan until they caramelise
Add mushrooms and red wine
Burn off alcohol and allow to reduce
Taste and season as required
Add cream and stir through
Top steak with sauce

I love steak dianne its my fav rite everytime i would go to the pub sniz and chips and dianna gravy but ever since i have been with paul i cant afford to go anymore and no pubs close buy that do meals during the day.
It's so yummy. Why don't you try making it at home?
