Simply Delish - Honey Soy Chicken Wings

This is a great recipe for nibbles and a favourite of Whitesnake's to take for his lunch.

6 - 12 chicken wings (depending on size)
1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup honey
Sesame seeds, for garnish

Rinse chicken wings and pat dry. Remove tip and discard; separate each wing at the joint into 2 pieces. Place wings in a shallow dish and pour over the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice. Toss well to coat; marinate, refrigerated, for 2 hours.

Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds and bake in oven at 200 C for 25 minutes.

Enjoy!

I've never been a big fan of chicken wings as there aint much on 'em. Surely a drum or breast is best. But that recipe is quick and should make 'em tasty so could be worth a try.
