Ingredients
- 225 g sirloin steak
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 plums or your preferred stone fruit
- Olive oil
- 1 package of baby spinach
- 1 Red Onion,
- 1 Tomatoe
- 6 multi-grain wraps or tortillas
Method
- Season steak with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Grill steak until cooked to your taste.
- Cover; let stand 10 minutes.
- Thinly slice steak.
- Cut plums in half, remove seed.
- Slice horizontally into 3 slices.
- Brush with oil and grill on each side until tender.
- Cool slightly, cut into chunks.
- Cut Onion into thin slices.
- Cut tomatoe into chunks
- Mix spinach, onion, tomatoes and plums into a bowl.
- You can add a vinegarette if you wish.
- Heat wraps in a frypan if desired.
- Place wrap on plate.
- Add mixture and then steak.
- Roll or fold as required.
