We've had quite a stressful week but everything seems to be sorting itself out. Whitesnake is full of the flu so we are hanging out at home and taking it easy. Here's a recipe I cooked up recently to warm us up a bit. Have a great weekend.

Ingredients: serves 4
700g stir-fry strips of beef
sprinkle of grated ginger
1/2 sliced onion
1/2 grated carrot
3 cloves of crushed garlic
3 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce
3 tbs dark soy sauce
veggies of your choice
Method:
Heat work or large frying pan, add onion, garlic and carrot and cook until onion is soft.
Add beef and stir fry until brown.
Add veggies and ginger and stir fry until veggies are cooked
Add sauces, bring to boil and simmer until it tastes just the way you like it
