Ingredients:
2/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 green pepper
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Sliced onion
Chicken (boneless) breasts, quartered
Method:
1.Wash chicken and cut it.
2.Mix flour, salt, pepper and garlic together.
3.Coat chicken, brown in hot pan, then drain.
4.Top chicken with peppers and onions (sliced).
5.Add a sauce on top. Cup of soup mix will do nicely.
6.Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
7.Serve with whatever floats your boats
