Simply Delish - Wholegrain Wraps

As you know, Whitesnake and I are on a mission to make healthier choices. In the afternoons, when I feel like snacking, I make myself a wrap instead and fill it with lots of yummy stuff. This helps me reach my goal of 5+ a day and fills me up till dinner.  Also, it stops me snacking on unhealthy stuff during the afternoon.

Here's how I make mine:

cottage cheese

turkey slice and mustard

veggies from our garden

wrap it up
Easy as that and there's no limit to the combinations you can add to your wrap. That looks so good. I think an Avocado or cream cheese would be great in that as well. Yummo.
