400g smoked fish
1/2 cup finely chopped celery or veggies of your choice
2 medium spuds (sliced)
Prep
Preheat oven to 190°C
Saute onion in oil
Remove from heat
Add flour and mix well
Gradually add milk
Return to heat and stir to thicken
Cut fish into bite size pieces

Layer potato and sauce on top
Bake for 30-40 mins
Add grated cheese and pop back into oven for 5 mins

Change It Up
I often substitute mashed potato instead of layered potatoes
To make extra cheesy...place four slices of cheese on fish under the potatoes
