Roast Carrots |
Ingredients
2 carrots
salt and ground black pepper
thyme (any other herb you thing will go nicely)
It’s so simple.
Quarter the carrots, put on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme and roast in a hot oven for 45 mins or so, shaking to move them about every now and again.

Carrots - steamed, raw, roasted or straight from the ground. Just a great thing to eat!
