What's' with the meat (baked spuds and carrots)

Ingredients

Potatoes cut in to bit size pieces,
Carrots cut into bite size pieces,
Olive oil.
Simply Delish
Garlic cloves as many as desired,
Thyme,
Rosemary
Salt and ground black pepper.

Method

Place potatoes and carrots into a baking dish.
Crush garlic cloves and spread between potatoes and carrots.
Pour over olive oil so all ingredients are coated.
Sprinkle thyme, rosemary over the potatoes and carrots.
Salt and pepper ta taste
Place in preheated oven 225C.
Use common sense and turn over as required.
They are done when YOU think they are.

NOTE

If you make too much veg to fit in the tray like we always do.
Throw the carrots on a rack on top of the dish.
Just make sure they are coated with the oil and the herbs.
